Job description as below:
– Supporting the furniture team with customer service.
– Help and give advice to customers on company´s products.
– Promote company´s products.
– Be able to advise and make suggestions on all company´s product lines.
– Help customers make their decisions and complete the sales.
– Confidently approach customers in a friendly manner and use your outgoing personality to build rapport instantly.
– Organizing customer deliveries ensuring they are completed correctly and efficiently.
– Work closely with colleagues ensuring we offer every customer a special in-store experience, helping them find products to suit their
– Daily care of the furniture department including cleaning and ensuring promotional material is correct and up to date.
– Providing support in other areas of the business when needed.
– Will be well presented, outgoing and friendly.
– Will be able to quickly build a good rapport with customers.
– Will be confident dealing with high value products and sales.
– Will be able to use your own initiative.
– Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
– Must be able to work overtime when required. (Holiday, Sales Period, Etc)
– Must be Fluent in English and Malay.
– Must have own transport.
– Must be outgoing and confident person, able to cope with pressure.
– Responsible, Polite, Punctual and Hardworking individual.
– Prefer to work without any excuse and reason.
