2. Must be good in mathematics, numbers and basic Excel formula.
3. Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Web Browser & Adobe Acrobat.
4. Literate in English and Malay.
5. Reasonable communication and organization skills.
6. Reliable and professional with attendance and punctuality.
7. Able to work independently.
8. Preferably possess own transport.
9. Knowledge in Information Technology will be added advantage.
a. Inside Sales cum Administrative Assistant to support our daily office activities.
b. Handling bid and quote, quotes & tenders preparation.
c. Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date and arranging stock-outs.
d. Develops accounts by checking buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
e. Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
f. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
g. Assist to generate PO, DO & invoices.
h. Assist to follow-up outstanding with customers, suppliers & forwarders.
i. Assist to prepare month end paper works requiring by accountant.
j. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
k. Reporting to General Manager.
i. Probation period: 3 Months
ii. Office hours 8. 15am to 5. 15pm Mon-Fri
iii. Benefit: TAP & SCP
iv. Salary range: BND 600 – BND 900
